EXTREME VINTAGE! Circa 1961 from Lanz. Beautiful dress - very breakfast at Tiffany’s. It is lined and I believe linen. Has bow detail on the waist. A dozen buttons down the back to close and also snap closures. Does not stretch. Would fit between a size 0 or 2. Pencil Skirt bottom.
