The only issue is that the beltnis a little mishapen here and there. The dress itself is perfect. This beautiful navy vintage drsss has so many different features going for it. It has shapely shoulder pads that ease into a banded sleeve with decorative buttons. It has a fit and flare shape accented with a belt and a pleated skirt that ends in a knee to midi.
