Vintage Brenner Couture dress in brick & off white

This darling vintage midi dress has two different patterns, one on the bodice and one on the skirt. It has faux buttons down the front and zips up the back. In good vintage condition with the exception of a small snag on the sleeve - see photo. No size tag. For reference, my mannequin is 32" 22" 32" and this fits her perfectly. Waist across the back is about 13"
