Vintage Brenner Red Eyelet Flutter Midi Dress

Beautiful red vintage eyelet dress with flutter sleeves and belt. Button closure at neck and a belt that ties around the waist. You will need a slip or bodysuit underneath. Size tag and material are missing, so size is based on measurements and how it fits me. I wear a 0/xs and it is a bit too big on me, otherwise I would keep it. Still kind of want to :) I believe it is cotton but I am not sure. Measurements taken laying flat across: Waist- 11" underarm to underarm- 15" length -45"
