Vintage Breton Style Hat Noreen

Vintage Noreen Fashion hat marked size Large. Measures approximately 6.5 x 7" inside rim, and approximately 7x7 across top Black velvet, in a Breton or Bumper style, with a wide black ribbon trim. There are some places with a remnant of something frizzy/sharp, possibly there was a decoration attached. I've tried taking a close up photo of one. Can be tucked under ribbon so it doesn't show. Velvet nap needs brushing, vintage condition
