Vintage Bridal Wedding Garter with Lace & Rings! - Something Old

This handmade garter was part of an estate from which came a wedding gown and ring hat that I will be listing in my shop. So this is from the 70s possibly 80s. It is fully restored. I soaked it, I took out the old stretched out elastic and inserted new elastic I mended the few breaks in the lace, and sewed it all back together. The cute thing about this one is that it has a lace rosette with a ribbon holding a tiny wedding and engagement ring that even has a rhinestone in it. The rhinestone still has a lot of fire depending on the angle at which you look. So does that make it something old or something new? How about something restored? As previously stated, it has been soaked but it is definitely not as white as it once was. Offers OK
