Vintage Bright Blue Paisley Blouse - 12

I'm guessing by the shoulder pads its from the 80s and amazingly has kept up very well. No signs of wear and the color is still very vibrant. It is a button up and has ties at the neck to make a bow. Made by - Nicola Size - 12
