Scenes on scarf depict women in history, like “Rosie the Riveter” , but also everyday acts of power and decision making. I’m guessing this is from the late ‘40s, early ‘50s. Approx 33x33 inches In fair pre loved condition. There is damage: a stain to the middle and various tears , especially around the edges as well as yellowing (See last 4 photos). I think someone clever and careful could make some of these repairs. Despite the flaws, this is an AWESOME piece that belongs with a strong woman who can wear it with pride!
