Vintage Broomstick Skirt

Size Medium Ivy Club Classics 100% cotton broomstick skirt. Slightly sheer single layer skirt with a drawstring waist. Drawstring has 3 little tinkly bells on each tie. 2 hanging loops either side of waistband. Care tag is sewn over, but you can see “hand wash separately” and I would guess cold water and hang to dry. Approximate measurements: Waist untightened: 21.5” Length: 35”
