A men's size 40 Herman Phillips corduroy coat. The actual measurements are shoulder to shoulder- 18 inches, pit to pit- 22.5 inches, rear collar seam to bottom hem- 33.5 inches, and shoulder seam to cuff- 25 inches. NOTE: There are tiny dark spots on the top of the jacket (final photo). They look like rain drops.
