Vintage Brown Real Fur Lined coat, size small

Real fur lined full length coat, might be mink? Previous owner was petite (5’2’’, 120 lbs). Has pockets, three hook and eye closures. Some balding of the fur on the right armpit and along the collar (see pictures). Outer lining has two small tears (left arm and along the back of the collar).
