Vintage Brown Velvet Headband W/ Peacock feather!

Rare and elaborate brown velvet headband adorned by a Peacock feather in wonderful vintage condition and still vibrant with rich green, gold, and blue color. The netting as you can see from the photos (or fascinator ?) is coming loose from the actual headband, but is in otherwise good shape and can be reconnected. The label on the interior of the headband reads "Margaret Smith, Gardiner, MAINE 22). In general, women’s hats/headbands are sized in one size fits most sizes. Meaning 21.5 - 22.25.
