madamemayer @jnjnhuhufhn23ru the part that you tie is adjustable. However, there isnt any spandex so I wouldn't say it's stretchy. It's rayon and polyester. It's true to size.It wasn't worn very much.

madamemayer I added some photos. One is with the tag. The others the bow is untied . That part can be adjusted the rest of the dress is a size four not stretchy.
