Vintage Brush Works Hand Painted Ladies One Size Blue Padded Embroidered Shirt. 50% polyester 50% cotton. There are some loose strings, loose stitching, very small white stains, wear on the tag, wear on the pads and the bottom looks a little uneven. Measurements: Shoulders - 22 5/8" Arms - 8 1/4" Chest - 23" Length - 26 1/8" Opening - 23 5/8" These measurements may not be exact but it's what I got.
