Mini kilt made in Scotland, pleated check pattern and design, with frayed hem and double side buckles. Hand me down skirt, no receipt. Well loved but still in very good vintage condition. No fabric tag, feels like wool. Similar design retails today for $1150 on the Burberry website (see last picture for comparison).
