How did you measure chest vs. ptp? Shouldn't the chest measurement be larger? Is there any damage other than on the one buckle? Are there any extra buttons attached? Thanks.

@kathy_finch no other damage I could find. It was my grandma’s from the late 1980s/early 1990s. No extra button attached. All buttons are in tact
