Vintage Burberrys’ DUSTER-length size 14 classic trench

TRENDING: fluid floor-length coats. The sweeping duster-length coat is IN! Particularly worn open. This rare vintage dark khaki classic trench is from the era of Burberrys’ company name; bought in 80s. New Burberry classic trenches aren’t long, cover the knee, for $2,490, slightly longer Pedley for $3,250. I’m 5’10”, the waist falls just right on me, and it ends up less than 10” from the floor, barefoot. So it’s a “duster” length, approximately 52.5” from back collar seam. Please make sure it is not too long for your tastes. P to P 24”. Raglan sleeve long 25” from epaulet. All the clever bells and whistles including a thin buttoned strap to keep the belt from getting lost. Left side shoulder flap, epaulets, sleeve belts. The fashionable folks are sometimes wearing such coats check-lining outside. I think of the shell fabric as microfiber, but vintage listings (if you’re looking for comps) just say polyester - see fabric tag. Size tag is 14, normal very loose fit covers other sizes and/or layers under. Very good (not excellent) preowned condition; the sleeve edges and bottom edge indicate some light fuzzing, such even spacing that I wonder whether it is manufacture rather than wear. Slight red stain on bottom edge of inside facing of one front coat flap. Small pull near side seam below pocket. Stains at bottom of lining did not come out completely but are faint.
