Vintage Burgundy Leather Eel Cowboy Western Boots. Men's Sz 28 (Mex) 9 (US). This is a great pair of Vintage Men's burgundy red color eel skin and leather boots, made in Mexico. They are unmarked so I do not know who the maker is. Quality stitching, beautiful eel skin vamp, with an embroidered shaft. They are marked "28" on the inside shaft, Mexican size, which should be equivalent to a men’s US size 9. The inside shaft leather is very soft to the touch and would be comfortable on the leg. They are in very good pre-owned, broken-in condition with very light signs of wear such as scuffing, and creasing. Wear to soles and heels are normal wear. Nails all still visible. Eel leather construction red color made in Mexico. Measurements: Shaft height : 14”, including a 1 3/4" heel Heel to toe: 11 3/4” Width, across widest part of sole: 4” Weight 2 lbs. 12 oz.
