Vintage Burgundy Valentino Wool Sheath Dress Made in Italy

Vintage Valentino sheath dress, appears to possibly have been originally made for the Japanese market based on part of the tag. Dress is 100% wool with a 100% polyester lining; dress is fully lined with a hidden zip that approx 20" as well as a slit up the center back seam that measures 7". Has one small flaw on the exterior where part of the stitching is slightly pulled out (pictured). Also, the inner materials tag is weirdly powdery? (Some white marks on the lining are visible in photos of the tag, can be brushed off but I'm not sure why the tag is leaving the residue.) No holes/snags but one side of the neck tag is not attached. Lovely craftsmanship, but unfortunately just too big for me now that I've lost weight. I've had it in storage for probably around five years? Vintage size 12, probably fits like a modern 6-8, not sure but please refer to the measurements below. Armpit to armpit measures approx 18" Total length from shoulder to bottom hem measures approx 41" Waist measures approx 15.5" Hips measure approx 19"
