Vintage Burton and Burton “Mariner” Teapot.

Vintage Burton & Burton "Mariner Bay" teapot. This is a very unique pattern, interesting I think. It has been made to "look" old. It has just a plain rustic white glaze with embossed fish swimming in a band all around. The fish have sort of a faded brown glaze, along with the handle and spout making them look worn or faded with age, although they most definitely aren't. The finial to this teapot is sea shell shaped and has the same faded brown glaze. This teapot is 6 1/4'' tall, is 8 3/4'' from handle to spout and has a 3'' base. I believe this is the 4 1/2 cup size.
