Vintage Button Down Collar Dress

Fun sky blue and white woven print short sleeved dress vintage dress made by Stroller. Button down collar with pearl buttons. Has all the original buttons on. A line skirt with a subtle flair. Very flattering on a variety of body shapes. Size says 12 1/2 however I would say it fits like a 10.
