Vintage collared button down dress in black and cream polka dots and striped hem. This dress is completely sheer; can be worn with a full slip by day and a sassy bodysuit by night. Faux abalone buttons down the entire length of dress and 2 detail the cap sleeves. Complete with a tie sash with two small loops to keep in place, but can be removed. Vintage size 12, fits as a current medium.
