Vintage Button Down Dress

Super cute vintage dress in an almost black navy blue color with gold stitching. Looks blue in direct sunlight, looks black or dark gray indoors/partial light. Please see measurements in photos- the tag says M but fits as an XS/Small. Fabric does not stretch. Good used condition, light discoloration on waist ribbon and slight pilling on embroidered border.
