Vintage Button Down Tie Waist Belted Patchwork Silky Dress L

This is a beautiful vintage silky dress, it appears to be from the 70’s. No size tags but I’d estimate a size L, maybe a 10/12 but please go by the measurements. This dress has pockets and a wide matching belt that you can swap out for your own belt if you like and use this belt as a necktie. It’s in excellent vintage condition with no flaws that I can see.
