Vintage Button Up Blouse

Vintage and so cute. Sleeves are a cream/off-white lace with dramatic long cuffs. Collar is lace and Victorian style. In great condition, minor signs of wear (never worn by myself, purchased vintage) shown in picture by collar. There is no size listed, but it fit me a bit too big (I’m a petite small).
