Vintage Button Up Deep Navy Dress

Beautiful floral navy blue dress with white floral print all over. Such a darling dress that feels very 80s or 90s parisian. Does have some minor flaws such as some loose threads near the hem and some small undone seems at the flounce. But still such a gem. Would recommend for 4-6 sizes with 26”-28” waist.
