Vintage black and white floral skirt by Byer California. It is size 7 and made in the USA. The skirt is made of 100% rayon and has a button closure. It has a slight A-line shape and falls just above the knee. The skirt is in good condition with one small sewn tear (see picture). The fabric is soft and flowy.
