buddyb394 This is true black velvet. I also have the exact sale dress in hunters green velvet. Both are stunning for the holidays. And both have the exquisite rhinestone buttons down the back and are trimmed in rhinestones all along the v scoop in rear and along front muck. Yes all C DC tags are intact. These are in storage . do I can't show you a picture.
