Vintage Retro skirt made by Cedars - fully lined - High-waist high waisted leather skirt with 3/4 zipper back and 2 buttons on back to add character - Color: Cream, off-white, light tan - Tag says size 8 but vintage sizes can run differently; I suggest a size small based on measurements - Approx measurements laying flat: Waist flat 14” Length 21” Bottom width 18.5” - Overall excellent vintage condition.
