Vintage CHANEL MEDIUM RED CARDIGAN SWEATER 1980'S ?

Came across this chanek red sweater from a estate sale of a elderly lady that I was told supposedly worked for chanel.Im not sure of the age but I think its older ,at least 1980s..the craftsmanship looks high end for sure .I've tried finding one like it but couldn't and on the tag it has 2 CC's on it and i can't find one that had 2 on it.Thought maybe that's how they knew it was a chanel employee ..not sure but it was a thought..Anyway it's a medium and looks like it was barely worn....i found a set of the buttons and they sold for $350 just for those.The craftsmanship is something else.Any questions please feel free to ask
