!!Vintage CI New York Paris Black Velvet Pouffy Top Size LG Excellent Condition

This is a fabulous black velvet textured Pouffy blouse. Short sleeves that are very Pouffy. Definitely has the 80's shoulder pads. 6 buttons up the front that are faux pearls with silver trim. The top has raised black Velvet floral print. The sides are tapered in for a fitted look. This vintage blouse has been very well kept in plastic and looks as if its never been worn.
