This is a great looking COACH purse but the exterior have a few scratches so make sure you check out all the pictures for a good look, the exterior have one full size open pocket on the back and 4 metal stud feet on the bottom, the top zips close with a metal YKK zipper and leather zipper pull, the interior have one hanging pocket with 4 storage sections the largest of which zips close, the shoulder strap has a 21" drop when fully extended with the adjusting holes on each buckle, 2 of the eyelets or missing on one side of the strap, let me know if you need more info.
