Pre-loved but worn once and in excellent condition. There is some pilling at the top by the chest though this might be removable with a sweater shaver (see last picture). 92% polyester 8% spandex. Made in USA. Lined. Zip back with back cutout. Gorgeous ruching at the midsection and a mermaid style slightly flowy bottom. Size 4 Shoulder to hem approx. 63”
