It has a scallop v neckline embellished with delicate lace appliqué and faux pearls. It also features shoulder pads, puff sleeves and pearlized buttons at cuff & front closure. Fully lined, nylon acetate rayon cotton blend. Excellent vintage condition. Made in USA. Skirt is 5/6 size as well has stains could use a good spot cleaning was scared of ruining it.
