Front is connected in a small section with decorative ties attached. So to put this on, you'll have to pull over the head, or step into it. Opaque top, sheer lower. Made in Hong Kong. So, it might be early 80s or before. 100% polyester Machine wash cold, gentle. Tumble dry low. Very good pre-owned condition. No flaws that I can see. Smoke-free.
