Vintage Cambridge 2 Handled Etched Rose Pointe Decorative Serving 8" Bowl Lovely Footed Decorative Fruit Bowl with one of Cambridges lovely patterns! Flowing scalloped rim with flowing scalloped handles and Ribbed round footing. Approx: 8 1/2" from handle to handle x 2 1/4" T weighing 1 Pound. A Bit of History: The Cambridge Glass Company, which was founded in 1873 in Cambridge, Ohio, closed permanently in 1958. The company's history includes several closures and reopening. Rose Point was first produced in 1934 and introduced to the trade in early 1935. It was an immediate success for the Cambridge Glass Company, and proved to be a staple item in the Cambridge Line, as it was produced until the plant was closed.
