23mm by 18mm. Back of brooch is stamped "925". There's another stamp next to the 925 that looks like a name or word in all caps, but I'm unable to make it out. The raised cameo appears to have been made from the same piece as the pale pink oval background. I have not verified nor tested the metal for gold or silver content.
