Vintage Camouflage Vest/ SZ 1? See explanation

Hi Vintage cute camo vest with hoodie...it looks like you can tuck the cotton type hood into the vest and zip it up if you wanted...I never did ..I only wore this once...I moved and cannot keep all the stuff..I don't have as much space...cool vest has actual snaps...zippers .. elastic type waist on the sides...zippers alot of unique features... cute! Love the orange stitching too! I just have too much stuff for my closet here! Your gain! Size says 1 ... don't really understand that unless it means XL I am thinking because it fits my fine and I have a size 42 Bust ...I think it would work for a large too....see measurements on the photos....it's kinda like a faded distressed look which is on trend....
