Vintage Candies Little Black Dress with Ruffled Accent on Chest Sz.M

This vintage Candies little black dress has a ruffle accent on the chest and shirt sleeves with a ruffle edge. There are two tiny belt strings if you would like to add a belt or you can snip it off. They blend eight in on the sides so if you decide to keep them the blend right in and don’t stick out if you decide not to wear a belt. It’s a beautiful soft dress that can be worn anytime during the year. It’s 100% rayon and has very slight pilling on sides.
