Vintage Candy Apple Red Tie Neck Sweater

Vintage from approx the late 80's from my mom's closet. Cute pleated shoulder detail. No materials tag, but feels like wool; slightly itchy but not the worst. Tie neck is attached on the back of the neckline, has a flaw on one side as pictured. Armpit to armpit measures approx 18" Length is approx 19.5" Sleeve from top of shoulder is approx 21.75". Last photo shows color in direct sunlight. Two small pinholes from age: one on the neck tie, another located on the bottom right side.
