Unusual vintage hooded cape poncho coat in navy blue by Hawke & Co. Love layering this under a coat when it rains or as a lighter jacket. Interior snaps cinch the waist and make this fit like a S/M but could fit any size with snaps open ( how I prefer to wear it.) More like a cape unsnapped and a poncho/jacket when snapped closed at sides. Zip front closure with snaps over. Two zipper pockets at front. Difficult to measure but 31” Long.
