Vintage Cape Poncho with Pompoms around Hem

This is a beautiful Vintage piece - with no label or content tags. It feels like felted wool - but I’m not sure. The color is a deep green with a cream knitted neckline and cream Pom Poms on the hem. The sides measure 23” from base of neckline to hem (not including pompoms). The front and the back (not including the neck trim) measures 33” to the points. It is in great condition - given it’s age!!
