lillioness111 @abbylop7676 19” pit to pit. Across the top of shoulders, seam to seam is 16”. Sleeve length from shoulder down is 25”. This is a lightweight blazer, and is fully lined including the sleeves. If you choose to purchase I could make it a point to ship it today for you.

lillioness111 @abbylop7676 yes! Offer me 28 with and the reduced shipping - if thats agreeable:) - and I will accept 🤗. This is a true vintage item - guessing mid 90s, since it’s missing the (giant) ugly 80s shoulder pads. It really is super cute - I love the style and quality of the tweed fabric.
