Vintage Carlo Moretti Green Satinato Glass Pencil-neck Bud Vase

This piece is a stunning vintage, mid century modern 1960s Carlo Moretti for Rosenthal Netter satin glass pencil-neck bud vase in forest green. Made with hand-blown green satin glass with a clear, satin glass foot. This vase was manufactured at the Moretti factory on the island of Murano, Italy. The body is round and has a long thin neck evoking the shape of a flower bud emerging from the ground in spring, growing into a tall beautiful stalk ready to bloom. The satin glass catches and diffuses ambient light beautifully creating an almost glowing effect. This piece would be remarkably stunning in any area of your home or office with its modern shape and style while still remaining natural and earthy. This piece measures 18 in tall and 3.75 in wide.
