@pipistrelle There are no shoulder pads. I can measure the sleeve length and shoulder to shoulder seam for you. It fits a size 2-4 if you want it a little oversized. I am a size 6 and tall/athletic shoulders and it’s a little small on me for how I’d like it to fit.
