Elegant Vintage Carol Anderson California dress, purchased in 1988. Brown, black, gray paisley print, long sleeves, back zip close, velcro removable shoulder pads, elastic waist, self-belt, full skirt, operable buttons down the left side of the skirt. See picture for belt adjustments. Elastic waist unstreached is 11.5"; stretches to 15". Flat measurement bust is 19". Length from back of neck to hem is 54". Made in USA
