I bought this from a vintage shop in Kansas City, it fits like an XS and caters to someone with a smaller bust. It’s very form fitting, like a pencil skirt. Very flattering waistline. Black button down the front. It reminds me of a vintage Wednesday Addams type of dress / costume. It’s a midi, so it goes a little below the knee.
