This is a beautiful classic dress in a ivory color. It is made of gorgeous heavy silk and the craftmanship of the beading is magnificent. It is a Carolina Herrera that was originally a sample dress. I bought it at the end of 1997 for my wedding a year later in 1998. The dress has a simple floor length hem. I am 5'3" and wore the dress with 2" heels and it just graced the floor. In great condition and stored after being cleaned in a drycleaner's box since 1998.

barbmahnen @i67debora No holes. There are two stains on lower lefts side (if looking at dress) but I think a dry-cleaner can remove. It is not food or grease stain. What else do you want to know? waist size? length? Let me know and I can take measurements.

barbmahnen @windinwillows I don't have them flat, just the measurements I took when the gown was hung on the dressmaker form. Bust is 36" across, 32" under bust. Waist is 30" and hips 36". I think it would make a lovely dress for a backyard wedding. I got married at a country inn and wore this dress about 24 years ago! The fabric is luxurious and the dress is incredibly well made. It's a rare gem and a great price.
