Vintage Lace and Bead Embellished Evening Skirt from Carraz Beverly Hills. Lovingly worn, not torn or stained. High rise, slim silhouette in solid black. Bottom of skirt has wide flared flounce sloping to one side and up center front. Center flounce is asymmetrical with bead embellished heavy lace design up to hip height. Midweight polyester blend with some stretch. No waistband; inside turned under elastic band. Imagine this was made for a small busted woman to pull on or small hipped to pull up.
