Vintage Carved Asian Warrior Rosewood Mask

This handsome Rosewood Chinese Warrior Mask was hand carved in amazing detail. We call him the Happy Warrior because he has a very happy demeanor. The mask is in like new condition, no breaks, cracks or visible blemishes in the wood and has been in my family for 4 generations. Most Asian masks like this were made in the 19th C. My great uncle was a Merchant Marine in the 1930’s and brought this unique Asian art piece home from as a gift to my great grandmother in San Francisco.
